How do I log a training session?
Open the app and tap the '+' button on the home screen. You can log sessions including techniques practiced, sparring rounds, and notes. Your WHOOP data will automatically sync if connected.
How do I connect my WHOOP device?
Go to Settings > Integrations > WHOOP and follow the prompts to authorize the connection. Once connected, your heart rate and calorie data will automatically sync with your training sessions.
Can I follow my training partners?
Yes! Search for your training partners by their handle and tap 'Follow'. You'll be able to see their training activity and stay motivated together.
How do I use FLUYD AI?
Tap the AI Coach icon in the app to ask questions about your training. FLUYD AI can provide insights based on your training history, suggest techniques to focus on, and help identify patterns in your progress.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Account Management > Manage Subscription in the app. This will take you to your device's subscription settings where you can cancel or modify your plan.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please visit our account deletion page or contact us at info@fluydsport.com. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
